 What time is it? |

Butchering time! Got this 8-pointer yesterday. He's nothing special around here, certainly not the monster I was looking for, but he'll do just fine. Gonna make lots of jerky, and cut him up for stew meat. Then I'll have a couple doe tags to fill for some tender steaks. My granddaughter is coming out this weekend, and we're gonna try to get one of those does together.
