I have also heard of useing a beach chair. You know those ones that fold up in three sections. I have not seen this done in pearson, but have always thought about trying it.

I found this website when surfing one day. Has some plans for a few different hunting related things, coffin blinds included.

I have one I made like that. I used an old lounge chair (like you mentioned), where the backrest and legrest portion lock into different positions. I hacksawed off the legrest portion, and covered up the cut edges with camo duct tape to protect my clothing and waders. I then used camo duct tape to cover all the exposed shiny aluminum parts. Those things always come in such bright colors, I took a roll of camo burlap and cut off just enough to stitch together a "pillowcase"-type sleeve to cover over the backrest. Then, just used the rest of the camo burlap for a cover blanket. I took it a step farther, and saved old boot laces to add tie straps all over the cover blanket, to tie on handfulls of natural grass and cover to help blend the blanket in. It works great. So well even, that I still have it around and use it sometimes instead of my FA Eliminator. There's one drawback though. It's so comfortable that, during slow periods, you run the risk of falling asleep!
