I seen alot of birds land in no till farms this year. 9 out of 10 times I see them land in notill corn. This year was a little different.

Don't know where I stand on this one. The guy who owns the field directly south of our field plants corn and beans and tills it up after harvest. We plant corn and don't till after harvest. I watched geese feed in that field all season long, but we did shoot geese out of our field too, just didn't have the huge numbers like his field did. Only thing I can think is that it is a lot harder for predators to sneak up on them in a wide open field.

Today I had a guy tell me he doesnt hunt unless the corn is not tilled. He pretty much told me I dont know what Im doin because he's seen me in plowed fields . I told him good keep that trian of thought. Itll keep him off my farms.
