i finally had time over the weekend to cook my chilli and it turned out pretty darn good
1 can red kidney beans
1 can light kidney
1 can black beans
1 small can baked beans
1 lb ground hamburger
1lb neese's spicy sausage(or your choice)
6 duck breasts cubed(marinated for 1 full day with a southwest chipotle rub...not a marinade)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 small bottle of chilli sauce
onion and pepper or your choice of vegetables
salt/pepper/garlic powder/texas pete/ chilli powder to your discretion
fry the sausage and hamburger in pan until done. let tomato sauce, tomatoes, hambuger, sausage, and vegetables with seasonings simmer on low in crockpot or iron pot while the duck is sitting with the rub. when duck is ready cube it and fry it in a pan with a little worchestshire sauce. then throw it in with the rest of the ingredients. let sit for another 12 hours or so. taste and see. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
