This year I went to North Dakota and hunted Sandhill Cranes. I was wandering if you guys had any good ways to prepare them. I had them wraped in bacon on the grill and that was good.

Sorry, I've never even seen one let alone ate one. But I did some research and heard a few people say to just breast it out, split it, and cook it like a ribeye steak.
Not alot of info available about it that I've found.

Haha! Good job. Yeah, I was afraid some may think I am a know it all so and so for doing that. That may be too but I just wanted to get the ball rolling you know. Several of the topics were and had been empty for quite a while before I started posting. Not to bloviate about my own importance or anything, alot of people just can't think of anything to say to start off with. :D
